A modern 1,200 sq. ft. office expansion with an open-ceiling concept required dual expertise: the aesthetic precision for exposed electrical work and the problem-solving skill to manage power in a live environment. The primary challenge was executing both electrical demolition and new construction while keeping the rest of the office fully operational throughout the entire process.
